I take a systems approach to performance management and instructional design.
On the performance management side, I conduct and analyze research to understand the organizational context and dynamics before recommending and developing solutions. Applying Mager & Pipe’s Performance Analysis Flow Diagram helps me take a very systemic and comprehensive approach to performance management.
On the instructional design side, I leverage the Dick & Carey Systems Approach Model, analyzing the learner and performance context in light of performance objectives. This analysis informs the development of assessment instruments, instructional strategy, methods, and materials that help learners achieve objectives.
